Escape to the islands for an unforgettable evening at our Paradise Poured: Caribbean Cuisine & Rum Cocktail Dinner on Friday, July 31, beginning at 6 pm. Enjoy a five-course culinary journey inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean, each thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted rum cocktail. With each cocktail, you’ll also receive a tasting pour of the featured rum, so you can truly savor the spirit behind every sip. Tickets are $75 per person, plus tax & 20% gratuity.

Conch Fritter | Fresh queen conch mixed with peppers, onions, celery & Caribbean spices, lightly battered & fried, served with Caribbean remoulade.
1st Course • Hemmingway Daiquiri, featuring Planteray 3 Star Rum
Charred Prawn | Flame-kissed prawn, served over harissa romesco with confit fingerling potatoes.
2nd Course • We Rum So Far Away, featuring Black Barrel Mount Gay Rum
Jerk Chicken Skewer | Smoky grilled jerk chicken paired with fresh pineapple pico & coconut-lime sauce.
3rd Course • Havana Old Fashioned, featuring Diplomatico Rum
Chimichurri Red Snapper | Caribbean-seasoned red snapper, pan-seared & topped with fresh chimichurri, served with island rice & beans & sweet plantains.
Dessert • The Remedy, featuring Planteray 3 Star & Bumbu Rum
The Coconut | A coconut-shaped dessert featuring light coconut mousse encased in a chocolate shell, filled with mango purée, fresh diced mango & coconut oat crumble.
